in short: a campaign for a work-out opera by Club Gewalt.
in long: YURI van Gelder is a famous Dutch gymnast, also called ‘Lord of the Rings’. During his life he went through many ups and downs, ending in going to a few Olympics, but also being kicked-out of the last one. Theatre group Club Gewalt decided to dive into the tragic life of anti-hero Yuri van Gelder and build a whole performance around this. We did their campaign, showing the people of Club Gewalt doing the crazy Yuri van Gelder moves.
Fun fact; since nobody can do what Yuri can do, we had to photograph the club on the ground, having gravity on our side.
